Step 3: Visit the specific country's eSIM product detail page.
Step 4: Add the plan to your cart and make the payment.
Ps: After successful payment, please check the purchased eSIM plans on your Dashboard.
02What is Credit?
Credit is a virtual currency used for purchases on the iroamly.shop. 1 Credit is equivalent to 1 US dollar. Before purchasing an eSIM, you need to recharge and obtain Credits.
03Is There a Minimum Order Quantity?
The minimum requirement for recharging Credits is $199 USD (which provides 199 credits). There is no minimum requirement for the amount and quantity of plans purchased with Credits.
04How to Request a Refund?

05Can I Place an Order Through the API?
Yes, please refer to our API documentation.
06What's the Difference Between a Redemption Code and a QR Code?
The redemption code is used to convert into an eSIM QR code. The eSIM QR code can then be used to install the eSIM on a user's mobile phone.
