Terms and Conditions Agreement
1. Agreement Overview
These terms apply to all services provided by iRoamly (iroamly.shop).
2. Products for Sale
iRoamly sells prepaid eSIM products.
3. iRoamly Services
Customers must accept these terms and register an account to make purchases on iRoamly. iRoamly endeavors to provide quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted eSIM service, 100% security, or freedom from malfunctions.
4. Credit Explanation
Credit represents the amount recharged by the customer on iRoamly and can be used to purchase eSIMs. The ratio of Credit to US dollars is 1:1, with 1 US dollar equivalent to 1 Credit. Credits in the account are valid indefinitely.
5. Delivery Method
After purchasing eSIM with Credits, it can be viewed in the eSIM details on the Dashboard. iRoamly delivers an eSIM redemption code, which needs to be converted into an eSIM QR code via the Dashboard.
6. Pricing
The price of eSIMs is determined by iRoamly and listed on the website. iRoamly reserves the right to change the wholesale price of products at any time, either increasing or decreasing (iRoamly does not guarantee notification of price changes).
Customers have the right to set the final sale price to end-users (“Retail Price”). Although iRoamly may provide suggestions on resale pricing and promotional strategies, these remain merely suggestions. The final decision on resale pricing and promotions lies entirely with the partner.
7. Settlement
Customers will bear any settlement or transaction fees related to this agreement. Parties are responsible for their own tax obligations, including accurate submission of tax-related documents and payment of all taxes, government levies, and any related fees.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds for eSIM redemption codes not converted into QR codes can be requested within six months from the date of purchase. The refund amount will be returned to the account in the form of Credits. If the eSIM redemption code has been converted into a QR code, refunds can be requested if the QR code is not bound to a device, not activated, and not expired (30-day validity), but a $0.5 USD fee per QR code will be deducted.
Refund Method: Email [email protected] to request a refund. Note that refunds require communication with iRoamly, and in cases of technical faults or device compatibility issues, screenshots of the fault are required.
Each eSIM package has its own validity period. After expiration, any remaining data will not be eligible for any form of refund.
Fraudulent Purchases: If there is evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent activity related to the use of iRoamly products and services, iRoamly reserves the right to refuse any form of refund.
Unauthorized Purchases: Cases will be investigated and approved before processing any refunds. iRoamly reserves the right to suspend any accounts related to fraudulent activities.
Accidental Purchases: Once an eSIM is installed by a customer, it is considered used. No refunds will be provided.
9. Confidentiality
Parties commit to confidentiality during and after the termination of this agreement, for any reason. Neither party shall spread, disclose, or use any confidential information or knowledge related to methods communicated to them or that they may learn as a third party for their own, a third party, or any individual's or entity's benefit. This includes the negotiation, conclusion, and/or execution of this agreement.
Both parties are obliged to ensure confidentiality through contractual means among personnel in management or similar positions and external parties or those authorized to access confidential information.
The enactment of this clause does not prohibit parties from disclosing any information to the competent authorities as required by applicable law.
10. Agreement Duration
This agreement takes effect from the date the customer formally accepts its terms and conditions. Continued use of the service implies ongoing acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the Hong Kong courts for arbitration and final resolution.
